TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in the EVERY. DAMN. DAY. Program and all online courses, one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching video calls, workshops, and seminars (collectively referred to as the “Program”) and all other products or future live events related to. By purchasing any Program at either our seminars or online, you (the “Buyer”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not purchase the Program.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that participation in the Program offered by EVERY. DAMN. DAY., LLC that the buyer accepts all risks to their health, including injury or death, that may result from participation in the Program. All one-on-one coaching sessions are recorded to safeguard the integrity of the coaching process and to protect the Program. Similarly, all group coaching video calls are recorded. The Buyer consents to the recording of these sessions. The Program and EVERY. DAMN. DAY. LLC disclaim all liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of these recordings. The Buyer agrees to hold the Program, EVERY. DAMN. DAY., LLC, and their officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives harmless from any claims and indemnifies both against all losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of participation in the Program. The Buyer accepts all risks associated with participation. This waiver extends to all aspects of the Program, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage. This agreement is binding on the Buyer, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
BUYER CONDUCT
Buyers participating in the EVERY. DAMN. DAY. programs, including online and in-person personal coaching, group coaching, seminars, and workshops, are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, cooperation, and courtesy. Behaviors that disrupt the productive and respectful learning environment, such as rudeness, unprofessional conduct, lack of cooperation, or intoxication, are strictly prohibited. EVERY. DAMN. DAY., LLC reserves the right to require any buyer to withdraw from the program at any time should they be deemed to have violated any of the conduct expectations outlined above. This includes behaviors observed during any form of interaction within the scope of the program that are considered incompatible with the values and objectives of EVERY. DAMN. DAY., LLC. Buyer also agrees not to repost any course content or coaching call materials, photographic, audio or video for any reason including for profit or personal gain. Buyers asked to withdraw from the program for conduct violations are not entitled to a refund if the withdrawal occurs outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee period. It is important for buyers to understand that their adherence to the conduct guidelines is essential for their continued participation and that non-compliance will result in removal without financial restitution post the initial 30-day period.
Our Guarantee to You: For all purchases we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the Program we will refund your money. All we ask is that you tell us in writing how we can do better. All refund requests must be in writing. All access to the EVERY. DAMN. DAY. Program will be discontinued. After the 30 guarantee period, access to the Program courses will be available after cancellation, but all other Program access will be terminated and no refunds or prorations are offered.
